This prelab focuses on the solutions of first-order difference equations, starting with the difference equation's natural frequency, connecting to feedback system stability, and then to disturbance rejection. Since each lab extends for two weeks, in general we expect that prelabs should be started before the first lab period, and finished before the second lab period.
